This form should only be used by participants. Researchers will have their accounts created for them automatically. Use the prefix of your LHU e-mail account for your USERID. For example, if your LHU e-mail address is mjones4@lhup.edu, your USER ID would be mjones4 When asked to select class, select PSYC100 - even if you aren't in PSYC100! You must enter a User ID that maps to your valid @lhup.edu email address. It is not necessary to type in "@lhup.edu" when entering your User ID. All fields are required unless marked otherwise.
